This list is the represetatives ready for a guest to arrive. Typically the order to take a guest is determined based on list order.

This is the porition of the postion list identifiy by a background of a different color. Those reps on point are typically points of responsibility.  Right below point is the spot in which reps will float up to, if configured on the list. This can be configured to a different count for each day of the week.

This is a set ampunt of time from when a rep is marked with an activity, allowing them to greet the guest and determine the needs.  Within the grace period the rep is able to return to the position list in the original postion. This can be configured to a different time for each day of the week.

This list displays represetatives that are curretnly busy, the icons represent what the rep is busy with. Could be a guest, follow up, meal break or off-shift. The order is based on the activity time, newest on the top of the list.
